Hi, I’m Dima — baker, grain enthusiast, and currently the hands behind every loaf and cookie. I started Better Bread & Cookies as a microbakery to bring fresh-milled, wholesome baking to our community in Long Beach and beyond.
At Better Bread & Cookies, we believe that everyday foods should be both delicious and thoughtful. Our breads and cookies are baked in small batches with fresh-milled grains and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible.
