How do I place an order?

You can order directly through our online shop. Just choose your items, select pickup or delivery, and check out. For special requests email us directly.

What’s the order cutoff time?

Orders must be placed by 6pm the day before your delivery or pickup day. This gives us time to mill, mix, and bake fresh just for you.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Right now we deliver in Long Beach, South Bay, and Orange County on select days.

  • Long Beach: Tuesday, Friday & Sunday

  • Orange County: Wednesday

  • South Bay: Sunday

What makes fresh-milled flour different?

We mill our grains just before baking. Fresh-milled flour keeps more of its natural oils, vitamins, and flavor — resulting in bread that’s richer, heartier, and more nutritious than anything made with shelf-stable flour.

How long will my bread and cookies stay fresh?

Our sourdough breads are best within 2–4 days at room temperature. Cookies stay fresh about 4–5 days. Both freeze beautifully if you’d like to save some for later.

Can I freeze them?

Yes, but hopefully you’ll never need to! Slice your bread first, then freeze in a bag so you can toast a slice at a time. Cookies can be frozen whole and thawed at room temp (or enjoyed slightly chilled).

Do you offer gluten-free options?

Not at this time. Since we mill whole grains in a shared space, we can’t guarantee gluten-free safety.

We’re a cottage bakery based in Long Beach, California, licensed to sell directly to our local community.
